2006 Xiaguan Puerh

This Pu-erh cake was made in one of Yunnan's biggest Pu-erh tea factories, Xiaguan Tea Factory. Like an 8-year old Lagavulin, this tea has smoky notes, followed by a smooth, oaky finish as a result of its 15-year storage in dry conditions.

One brew of 6g can last for about 10-12 steeps.

6g leaves: 120ml water
100 degrees Celcius boiling water
