1990s Iron Goddess Tea

Our Heavy Roasted Oolong Tea originated from Fujian, Anxi Province, and was first hand-rolled in the 1990s. This tea starts off with cinnamon notes, and has the lingering taste of orange peels. It has been re-roasted a number of times over the years to ensure depth in flavour.

One brew of 6g can last for about 8-10 steeps.

Brewing Instructions:
6g leaves: 120ml water
100 degrees Celcius boiling water
