2017 Shui Xian Oolong

In Chinese, 'Shui Xian' means Water Fairy. This Oolong is a heavy roasted Oolong originating from Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province. It has notes of monk fruit (Luo Han Guo) cinnamon and chocolate, depth of flavour, and body. The base quality of the leaves are fantastic, as it retains its flavour even after 5-7 steeps. As the tea leaves have some age, the resulting flavour is smooth and complex. One brew of 6g can last for about 10-12 steeps.

6g leaves: 120ml water
100 degrees Celcius boiling water
