2021 Summer Taiwan Fengqihu Red Tea

This 2021 Red Tea comes from Fenqihu, an area located in the Alishan region, with an elevation of 1400m above sea level. Summer harvests are generally more suitable for Red Tea, so this tea was done in that particular style. This year's tea has tropical fruit flavours, including notes of mangoes, longans and peaches. As this tea has a medium roast, it will have a greater depth of flavour with more age.

One brew of 5g can last for about 6-8 steeps.

100 degrees Celcius boiling water
