2020 Peacock's Tongue Oolong

This 2020 Oolong Tea was twice roasted over charcoal, and is instantly recognisable by its strong cinnamon smell. We were drawn by its chocolately and cinnamon-like flavours, its smooth-finish and lingering taste on the tongue. It gets even better with age, and is a good candidate for ageing.

One brew of 6g can last for about 8-10 steeps.

Brewing Instructions:
6g leaves: 120ml water
100 degrees Celcius boiling water
